CHECK IN: After 2 PM LATE ARRIVALS: If you will be arriving after 5 PM, please call us 24 hours prior to your arrival. We will give you instructions for the key and map pickup. CHECK OUT: 11 AM PETS: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets. DEPOSIT: One night's rent or 50% of stay, whichever is greater, due within seven (7) days of making reservations. CANCELLATIONS: Please be sure of your plans when making your reservations. Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Deposits are refundable less $40 handling fee if you cancel at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival. If cancelled later than 7 days, you will be responsible for the full deposit. LENGTH OF STAY: Two (2) night minimum stay on weekends, except for some festival weekends where a three (3) night minimum stay may apply. Single night stays may be available at a higher rate. Call for details. MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF TENANTS: The maximum number of tenants for each cottage is four (4) people. (Preferably two adults and two children.) We are happy to accommodate you with 2 cottages (if available) to fit your party's needs. RATES Rates beginning at $119.00 (US Dollars) per night, plus a 9% sales
tax, are based on a 2 night minimum
stay. Some festival weekends may be higher and may require a 3 night minimum stay.
Weekly and monthly rates are available, as well as single night stays; please
